IEA April analysis shows Hormuz closure reduced shipments to 3.8mb/d from typical 20mb/d+. Shutins in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain (750mb/d March, 910mb/d April) compounded the crunch.
