Microsoft, Google, and xAI Grant U.S. Government Access to AI Models for Security Testing

On May 5, Microsoft, Google, and xAI agreed to provide their latest AI models for security testing by the newly established Center for AI Standards and Innovation (CAISI). Anthropic notably was excluded from this initiative. On the same day, the Pentagon signed separate AI contracts with eight major tech companies.
